Do not use this estate agents under circumstances. They have rented flat 17, Kaysquare Court NW11 to unsavoury criminals. Stay well away from this Estate agents as they clearly do not care who lives in any dwelling. Apparently their subletting to all sorts of people who are just rotten.

Horrible agency! Stay away especially from Terri! She bombarded me with emails to arrange and then to confirm a viewing (I got 5 emails in a 24hrs slot), called me to insist where I was 5 mins before the viewing appointment and never did she mention she won't let me view the property unless I wear a mask, which I don't as I am exempt, let alone that masks have not been mandatory for a month in UK. Horrible experience - that woman made me travel 1 hr only to waist my time, I would never consider renting from them.

We take the health and well-being of our tenants very seriously when carrying out viewings and I did mention to you that the tenants in the property were vulnerable to Covid. I also offered you a brand new mask to wear on the viewing but your preference was not to wear a mask and not to do the viewing at that time.
