Lauretta and the team were absolutely amazing. We were really pushed for time getting the sale through before the change in stamp duty, but Lauretta made it happen. We faced lots of bumps due to hackney council and the banks, but we got there in the end! Would 10/10 recommend.

I've been dealing with Location Location in Stoke Newington for over a decade and they've always been professional, pragmatic, and friendly. I became an 'accidental' (and stressed out) landlord more than 10 years ago and Adam Wetenhall has been my main point of contact for letting out the property since. From the start I felt like I was in safe hands, there are been a number of issues - leaks, flooding, boilers packing up, fire, tenants moving on, the usual stuff that goes along with owning a property - and Adam and the team have always been responsive, practical and friendly, I can't fault the service! Over a year ago I decided to sell the property, there were a number of false starts and it's not been the smoothest ride due to circumstances completely out of our control but Peter May provided valuable advice during the initial sale and Lauretta Caulfield has been an absolute superstar, allaying fears, consistently moving things along, and keeping in touch all while trying to navigate new Building Safety laws and nervous lenders. Property dealings often bring the worst out in people so I'm really grateful to have had Adam, Peter, Lauretta and the Location Location team at my back.
