Having spent an intense week on SpareRoom, Gumtree and Ideal Flatmate with no luck, I was told about London Shared. Within the first 5 minutes Tom sorted me out with 5 properties to view the next day. The best thing was that he was able to take me to all the properties and give me an feel for their locations - perfect if you’re new to London! The worst part was having to decide which one I wanted; Tom listens closely to what you’re looking for and exceeded all my expectations - my budget wasn’t very high so I was shocked by how fantastic they all were. All London Shared properties are high spec with bills included with a weekly cleaner. Admin is done super fast online and any queries Tom answered immediately, so that by the end of the viewing day we’d completed all the agreements and I was ready to move in by the weekend! I wish I’d known about London Shared from the start. I’d recommend it to anyone moving to London. Thank you Tom!

London Shared is definitely one of London's best kept secrets discovered quite by chance, when I was looking for a short term room to rent. Unlike other property rental companies, the team reply to you almost immediately, without you having to constantly chase them, even when you have a problem, however small or, large. Charming, polite and professional, Jasleen and her team, namely Richard, Kate and Jake have been outstanding. Once you try them, you will soon see the difference between their customer service and that of other agents. I can't recommend them more highly!

One of my friends and I recently moved into a London Shared property about a month ago and we have had an excellent experience so far. All of the staff at London Shared were exceptionally friendly and made the whole process incredible easy. If you ever have a small issue the team are incredibly responsive and do not hesitate to answer any small queries. The house itself is in great condition and our housemates are really lovely, down-to-earth people. I cannot recommend enough.

So this was the first time moving out of the family home and was very daunting to say the least especially with the current economy and housing crisis in great old britain... it was a big learning curve especially with the 'great rates' of rent London and Shepherds Bush has to offer. As you can imagine i could not find a castle with a 4post queen size bed in my budget but i did find an amazing room which was an attic conversion advertised on the sparerooms app managed by Londonshared estate agents. The property manager Miss kaur was such a great help throughout the year giving the best advice possible with my transition of becoming a man lol she was professional with a sense of humour and humanity, very understanding and fair in every possible way. I would definitely recommend her as a property manager for your futur property and would like to say a big thank you, good luck and best wishes..... room 4 pennard road.

London shared has a great quality and variety of properties. I was assisted by Richard who was wonderful throughout the whole viewing and renting process. Just moved in a couple weeks ago, and everything has been amazing so far
