Jamie was great and was very helpful and efficient through from arranging a viewing to securing the property and sorting out the contract. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in London!

Great firm and excellent service - everything is managed for you so there is no hassle of bills/ maintenance/ cleaning and if there is any issue in the property, usually they are pretty quick to respond! One of the best renting experiences I've had in London!

Jake is a total delight to work with, trustworthy, honest and always to the point whilst being engaging and likable on the side. The entire operation of London Shared is something to behold and I've enjoyed watching their market share grow further over the 3 years I have known Jake and the team.

If HM the Queen had to rent Buckingham Palace; it would be with these guys :) I was a tenant with London Shared for more than three years (and I would have continued for much more if life wouldn't have got in the middle!), and from all the Landlords/Agencies/Creatures...etc. I’ve had to go through, live and cope with since I moved to London almost half a decade ago... THEY ARE WITH DIFFERENCE THE BLOODY BEST! I wish I had known them when I came to the capital years ago... In this city where dodgy landlords and blood sucking agencies are famous for selling cages (Not homes or even rooms... CAGES!) At a ridiculous price making everyone’s life a depressing misery... these guys are seriously the glory heaven everyone needs and was waiting for. They make things so easy; everything is included in the price (So no weird changes or surprises from month to month on the bills). All planned, sorted and professional in a 100% way, whenever we had a problem in the house or within my room, they would respond within the day and resolve it within 24 hours! I mean... once our oven broke down, and we got a brand new one a day later! They are AMAZING! And the best and most important part of everything? They rent HOMES! (Not nosebleed cages!) The rooms are always really nice, the houses super cosy, and they actually take a lot of care for the homes and “WHO” lives in them!! They will only take nice people (SO NO DODGY FLATMATES!!) Safe locations, all very well kept and we had a cleaner that came once a week. Google is a bit unfair, cause 5 stars is not enough to express how incredible these guys are... I seriously recommend it to anyone who is moving to London and thinking on shared accommodation... you will get rid of so many problems and hassle! (Or if you are thinking of moving out of your London Cage because it’s driving you nuts the “Factory Farm Chicken” style of living... these guys will restore your faith in humanity, seriously!!) So thanks a lot guys! Especially to Jasleen! She was of wonderful assistance all throughout my tenancy and made my life much better living! So this was the first time moving out of the family home and was very daunting to say the least especially with the current economy and housing crisis in great old britain... it was a big learning curve especially with the 'great rates' of rent London and Shepherds Bush has to offer. As you can imagine i could not find a castle with a 4post queen size bed in my budget but i did find an amazing room which was an attic conversion advertised on the sparerooms app managed by Londonshared estate agents. The property manager Miss kaur was such a great help throughout the year giving the best advice possible with my transition of becoming a man lol she was professional with a sense of humour and humanity, very understanding and fair in every possible way. I would definitely recommend her as a property manager for your futur property and would like to say a big thank you, good luck and best wishes..... room 4 pennard road.

Just moved into an amazing new Londonshared property in October 2017. All of the properties shown and managed by Londonshared are absolutely fabulous. I was taken through the process by Tom Hewitt who was extremely informative and took the time to answer all of my questions assuring me that I've made the right choice in finding my perfect home.
