I rented a property for two years in London through Martin and Co. I found them so helpful and responsive, if ever there was an issue it would be fixed in a heartbeat and I really felt we were in good hands through the whole process. Gabriella was a great contact for me, always so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use again!

Gabriela, our letting agent was incredible from start to finish. She always had time to answer questions, was great negotiating with the landlord and got us a wonderful place on a great lease. We were her first letting clients and she was more knowledgeable than many letting agents I’ve dealt with before who have worked in the industry for a long time. If you need a tenancy in Balham or Clapham South, make sure to register with Martin and Co.

We have just moved into our new rental flat in Balham and had an amazing experience from start to finish with Gabriela from Martin & Co! We were a nuisance at times with difficult requests/ asks and Gabriela helped remedy them all. She helped us secure the property at reasonable value, helped and solved all contracting queries and made the move in experience as easy as possible (provided an external inventory clerk and leaving us a little present to move in to). 😊 10/10 service would recommend!
