The team at Martin & Co were incredibly helpful and made finding our new home an enjoyable experience. Ms.Delphine Violle was really responsive and a pleasure to deal with. With regards to the maintenance I dealt with a brilliant intelligent responsible lady Ms. Rodica Sovar and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding manner in which she provided immediate support. Her unique abilities, coupled with her superb attitude and professionalism enabled us to have a quiet and smooth on going stay. Martin & Co, and in particular Delphine and Gemma, did a great job with regards to letting my flat. My experience with Martin & Co was professional, thoughtful and pleasant. Delphine and Gemma were very knowledgable about the market, they took time to find high quality tenants and they added thoughtful advice without ever being pushy. I really cannot give Martin & Co, and Simon in particular, a plaudit sparkling enough! The phrase "above and beyond the call of duty" seems most apt! Simon ironed out everything for me with personal visits to the council. He was speedy, affable and thorough. I'm delighted with my flat and feel enormously grateful. They've truly earned this rave! I also want to add that since my move-in I was helped with contractual shaping for my lodger by the impossibly lovely and diligent Delphine. She, too, was exceptional!

Antony Botha helped me find the perfect flat in London. I have been so impressed by his professionalism and genuine care for my interests during my search for a new place to live. He negotiated my letting agreement as my advocate, not as a sales person, and I was able to put full faith in his ability to find me the best property at the price that I required. I also really appreciated his candid conversations with me about prospective landlords, and his constant communication. I received daily - often multiple time daily - updates from him during my search. It was a pleasure to get to work with Antony, and I would recommend both his services and his company for any prospective renters!

We have known Martin & Co Chelsea for a number of years now. In that time, the Team has provided a very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Nikki, the Corporate Services Manager, in the Corporate Services team has been absolutely wonderful in dealing with our queries and following up regularly. Delphine, has been very helpful in the Lettings team finding us good trouble free tenants. Michael the Business Owner leads from the front and is very accessible and helpful. All in all, Martin & Co Chelsea is a great team and a joy to have on your side.
