The lettings team found great tenants for us, looked after them brilliantly and dealt with any flat issues quickly and efficiently. They always kept us updated and worked with us to manage costs. Particular thanks to Rodica who managed the flat for several years and went above and beyond, and to Isabel and Victoria who have been great and proactive over the last year. The team not only looked after us but stepped in to sort issues out for the building benefiting other flats. We had a similarly positive experience with the sales team. Karen and Simon and other team members were always available and did everything possible to smooth the process out for us and help with issues which arose. December2021 Still with Martin and Co as our property managers. After a year and a bit of Covid-19 getting in the way of home improvements and some of our requests not being heard by Martin and Co, we met Emine our newly appointed property manager. She has, in the span of a month, arranged painting of the flat and fixing our heating in time for winter. Her enthusiasm for her tenants is refreshing and commendable.
