My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

Francesco manages our property, he was a fantastically friendly and attentive chap from the onset who has worked with us and our landlord to address issues promptly and effectively - he’s a truly valuable addition to the M&Co team and we’re glad to have him!
