I've had a lot of experience with letting agents in London over the last few months so when you come across a really first class service, it shines even more than it should. All pictures and prices presented online were accurate, contact was always prompt and polite. Krupa was the agent who showed me around and helped me from viewing to moving in and she made things as easy and painless as possible. Despite a few obstacles, she managed to resolve everything quickly and with great ease. A huge asset to the company and just great overall. Everything so far has been great, no nasty surprises after i've moved in and the landlord seems keen on doing all he can for his tenants. Overall a 5 star experience

In an era when estate agents often don't get a good name Mile are a revelation. They are helpful, honest and know their stuff without any of the nonsense that we've experienced elsewhere. Kyle and Kay were great and we wouldn't hesitate to use them in future.

Prompt, polite, efficient and business-like.

We have used Mile as managing agents for rented property for several years and have always found all of the team helpful and efficient in all aspects of their role - finding new tenants, re-letting, general management, liaison with the tenants, trouble-shooting and generally doing the best for their client. In particular, in a currently difficult letting market, they have worked very hard to get a stream of potential tenants in to view and succeeded in letting the property with just a two week void.

Excellent service from everyone who works there!

We dealt with Kay at Mile Estates when purchasing a property and the service was so good that we decided to use them again when selling the property. Once again the service was excellent and we dealt with Kay, Kyle and Krupa at different times. They are incredibly polite, very communicative. It is refreshing to deal with a proper local agent who knows the area. The staff have been there a long time which is always a good sign. They achieved a fast result with the sale of the house. I would highly recommend the services of Mile Estates to anyone I know.

FIRST CLASS

I can't recommend Kay and Kyle highly enough, they are professional, very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a rocky ride but they managed to keep the whole thing together for us and we eventually completed. If we could give 6 starts for over all rating we would.

Fantastic & Personal service

These guys are EXCELLENT! Super professional & organised... But super friendly too. We dealt with Kyle & Kay, both lovely chaps. Full of knowledge and full of humour too. They are masters of the local areas near their office & know everything you need to know... But they also offer a very personal service where they are looking out specifically for the kind of properties you are after. (They are good listeners). When we were first deciding which areas to focus on and which type of property, we found that unlike some other agents they were not “too pushy”. What they did was give us the realistic options in our price range: “It would be cheaper and you’d get more space in area X but the downsides you would be Y and Z”. That was perfect: to be given the Pros and Cons….. And then be left alone to decide which option you want to pursue. We also never felt pushed or rushed after a Viewing… They would ask for feedback and then leave it up to us to make the next move. Once we had agreed to buy a flat, in terms of the next step of getting the deal over the line as quickly as possible they were incredibly thorough and on top of things…. It was very much a case of ‘Thunderbirds are go!’ Overall, we thoroughly recommend the MILE Kensal Rise team and with no hesitation at all give them 5 Stars! Alex
