I must extend a special commendation to Joanne, whose exceptional assistance has been invaluable throughout the entire moving-in process. She not only addressed any concerns promptly but also patiently responded to all my inquiries.

Everyone is very helpful and very nice. Starting from Nusha, we got the flat through her, she was very nice and helpful and till now she is still helping us and she is responsible and responsive. Even the maintenance guys, we had some issues with the toilet and they were off, they were very responsive and solved the problem immediately. Communication is very good between us and them.
