Ludovit, James & Tom helped with my boiler and Clean Heat weren’t quick in assisting. The concierge team helped with all of my issues and are an asset to Ringley and the block.

The whole team of concierges in our building is lovely, but I must say that Ludovic, James and Ibe are my favourite! Big thank you to Ludovic for helping us get back our heating and hot water within 1 day, he really pushed our managing agency and got a contractor to fix our boiler asap as it was winter already and we were freezing. James and Ibe are always so nice to chat to even if just a few minutes on our way in or out - guys, it’s so great to see your friendly faces before or after a hard day at work. Keep doing what you’ve been doing, we are lucky to have you all looking after us.
