Quick service
The agency came in my room to remove the mold. They removed it with chlorine and after that there was chlorine in my curtains.. They came to change the curtains very fast and everything is fine now!

Kind and available
I really liked the service of this agency since the beginning. They take the buyers to all the possible rooms by car. They always came in maximum 2 days when me or my flatmates asked for help in the house. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars it's the cleaning service (because it's not really a fortnightly service...) and the agency fee (that is a bit expensive compared to some other agency) but I still recommend this agency to all the people I know because everyone was really professional but at the same time nice with me.
