Florent was our agent when we were renting a new flat in Elephant and Castle. He was patient, informative and not at all pushy. We had a few reference issues and he stepped in to assist. All in all one of my fav agents so far. While any new flats to buy/rent I'm at the victim of where the landlord/seller wants to list with.. but I do hope they use these guys. Highly recommended.
