Property to Rent found with Stonehouse Estate
Research pointed me in the direction of Stonehouse Estates when I was recently looking to find a new home in North London. They had a good reputation online and in my opinion did not fall short. Kurt and his team were very responsive and have also provided helpful information on setting up utilities and the like to make moving house a pleasant experience. Vasso from accounts was very helpful in quickly relating important information between parties to make it a smooth process. This is a good agency that cares about their customers.

Very responsive
Having only lived at the property a few months, there have been several unforeseen circumstances which required attention and Stonehouse Estates, in particular their agent Liz, has been very responsive in helping us. What a pleasure dealing with such a nice human being!
Asim has been really informative, kind, helpful with useful advice and quick at making things happen when I found my dream property. Could not have asked for a better estate agent
Asim was exceptional throughout the buying process to completion - I cannot find a single fault. Things that made him awesome: -Incredibly prompt reply to all emails -Allowed me to see property 3x before completion, taking time out on his Saturday after the offer was accepted which he could have used to sell more flats -Was kind, accommodating, reassuring and knowledgeable throughout -Proactively managed the vendor, even when there was hold up with the solicitors Thank you Asim for taking me through what could have been a much more stressful first time buying experience

Friendly and helpful staff
Asim really made the effort to keep us in the loop during negotiations and was patient through our decision making. He also dropped everything to rush out to give us a second viewing when we were in the area. All the staff at Stonehouse were friendly and helpful which was great as flat-hunting is so stressful and exhausting as it is!
