The South Woodford Branch and particularly the manager - Ben is simply the best. You won't be able to find a better Estate Agent to handle - whether it is the sale of your property or renting it out. The branch are also committed to supporting local issues and have been absolutely brilliant. Ben is super efficient with excellent customer services skills and expertise. From what i witnessed he also does a great job managing the South Woodford branch.

We have been very happy with the support provided by Amy from the time the sale was agreed until completion. I have always felt comfortable in picking up the phone and speaking to Amy regarding any matters to do with the house sale. Amy has always been very easy to communicate with, has always been calm and polite and has always got back to me with updates and any enquires that I have had. There was a bit of going back and forth with the buyer regarding issues with the sale and Amy was always helpful, patient and gave balanced advice during this process. I also think that due to Amy’s qualities, it helped us to stay patient with the progress of the sale and stay committed to the sale. I would highly recommend that Amy is recognized for the support that she has provided to us and I feel that her attributes and skills can be the difference between a sale completing and a sale falling through.
