Good Service, Professional but 1 issue was not handled properly

Village properties is a decent agency. They always acted professionally and responded quickly even on Sundays. So, in overall, we were happy with service with one exception! We repeatedly reported issues with the electricity in the kitchen area. The lights were flashing, four of our appliances (all in the kitchen area) became unusable within 3-4 months and we were replacing long-life bulbs every 2 months. All these issues were caused because of a faulty boiler (in the kitchen area) which was replaced only when it cracked. After the replacement of the boiler no issue was reported for more than 1 year. The damages caused to us could have been prevented if there was a thorough check before the boiler cracked. One way or another, we suffered damage that was not our fault. When we left the property, the agency rejected our claim to get refunded for the 4 appliances that we had to repurchase. The most frustrating part was that they acted like it didn’t happen using statements like “bad luck”. There are emails describing the problem and the damage when it happened.
