Very good service - would totally recommend
Winkworths, Palmers Green were recommended to us and I would totally recommend them to others. Ben and all the team have been extremely supportive and determined to help us sell our house despite numerous set backs along the way. As we no longer live in London, we were particularly appreciative of all the extra help that Ben gave us in sorting out the house ready for completion - over and above what one might expect. Thanks you so much. We really appreciate all you have done for us.

Having worked with estate agents in a professional capacity, I have to say that I found Ben different than the normal "agent". He was helpful, honest and overall "on the ball". I would recommend using Winkworth for your conveyacing transactions..

I was a nightmare
Ozzi of Winkworth needs a medal! What a fantastic agent. After many years in my home I was apprehensive about the whole process and being on my own made me feel a little vunerable about prices and fast talking agents , however Ozzi was great , polite knowledgable and friendly. All viewings were around me and my cocker spaniel. He even tidied up a. Few times! Fantastic agent who didn't even mind dog jumping on him . Great he sold my house got top price and I bought my new one from him and I ama difficult person lol thanks Ozzi

Excellent communication
Marcelle was a great help from the start. It was thanks to Marcelle that everything in the purchase ran smoothly, she liaised with the seller and even both solicitors and the ground floor neighbour to get everything resolved. The level of Marcelle's communication was speedy and accurate, she takes ownership and knows how to respond to problems with solutions, nothing is too much effort, she is clearly the top of her tree. I would recommend Winkworth because of Marcelle

Amazing agent
Marcelle was amazing. She got me over the asking price in less than a week and got to me to exchange in 4 weeks. Very professional, friendly and polite would definitely recommend Winkworth again. The whole team have lots of experience and are fantastic. As an agent myself I have high expectations and really thank you Winkworth for all their efforts.

Such a smooth process!
Ben Morison at the Palmers Green branch has been amazing throughout the whole buying process. He was extremely helpful and had great knowledge about the area. Ben recommended a great solicitor and provided sound advice when it was necessary. I will not hesitate to recommend Ben and Winkworth to anyone looking for a property.

This is the second time we've chosen Winkworth and both times have been a brilliant experience. Selling a house is always going to be a stressful time and we had a Brexit moment when our buyer asked for an outrageous amount of money off the asking price, making the whole process even more stressful. However Marcelle was absolutely fantastic throughout, making sure we sucured the full asking price. We had regular updates on progress, she worked hard on our behalf, contacting relevant parties, she was cheerful and friendly and we feel so grateful that she helped us sell our house. I would always be happy to recommend Winkworth Estae Agents.

Excellent service provided by Winkworth Estate Agents on recent purchase
They were professional, efficient, knowledgable, pleasant and helpful. If l had any queries they would address them quickly and throughly, l never had to chase them for the answers, they helped to make my sale and purchase go as smoothly as possible.
