We originally used a well known vendor Form the Long Eaton area but soon realised we was just a small fish in a very big pond and we didn’t get the attention or help that was needed to sell our property. The personable nature of James Roberts at Ewemove in Long Eaton and his dedication to the cause are second-to-none. As a salesman I hate being sold to as i always look out for the tell tale signs of a pitch. However, James won me over very quickly and seemed to be genuine and honestly focused on selling our house. He always kept me up-to-date, more so than the other agents we were using. He also had many more viewings for our house which shows me that he wasn't just sitting behind a desk waiting for people to enquire, he was actually proactive and pitching our house to prospective buyers.

Absolutly outstanding service from James Roberts at Ewemove Long Eaton branch. He could not be more helpfull if he tried. James was accessible all hours and we realy felt he putting us first, could not recomend them enough. Viewings were done by Ewemove after hrs after 6 pm when working people have chance to see houses. Non of this nonsense 9 till 5. We felt like VIP customers and can't stress enough how impress we were with the customer service, friendliness and all round professionalism. Our house was sold in less then a week and to top this up James manages to find us new house straight away. So from our gone onto the market to us having offer accepted was 18 days. Record or what. Well I was a little unsure whether to use ewe move to sell my late fathers house! Which was not an easy decision to make as I didn't want to let it go but after 2yrs of it being empty I realise this was the only way.  My first instinct was to go with a more popular well known estate agent but I decided to take a risk and I'm glad I did, everything ran smoothly and the house was sold within a week of going live. James was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for him, he had the added complication of the house being very sentimental to me to deal with. I can tell you he was very patient with me and my emotions regarding the sale and I'm very thankful I found an agent with enpathy and not just £signs in his eyes. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ewe move again or recommend them to friends and family well worth every penny and more,  They are a small company but have that personal touch which is hard to find in business now days.  Thank you James for making a very difficult decision much easier to deal with.
