Quite a good letting agency their accounts department is a bit disjointed been based in Grimsby and does not seem to me as very well with Louth branch

Brought a property through Lovelle Louth what they advertise is not necessarily what you get they certainly know how to hype it up

Definitely not the best agent in Lincolnshire!

Rude staff don’t do repairs in a hurry all for there landlords 0/10 go somewhere else

So I was a customer to Lovelle for 5 years +, at one time they were very good but since the takeover they could not be worse. Multiple issues and quieres ignored and glossed over. Towards the end of my business with them I put in a formal complaint because I believe the way they acted was wrong and no one paying this company to look after a property should receive such service. That was on the 1st of August 2022. At the time of writing this 29/8/22 I have not even received acknowledgemet of my complaint. Disgusting company that deserve nobody's business.

Arranged a viewing but cancelled it having called me wrong name and got the wrong time. Wouldn't discuss offer and hung up.

Rude staff. Would not recommend them at all.
