Friendly prompt service A++++
Customer service has been excellent for me the staff are very friendly and look to solve a problem as efficiently and quick as possible. They never seem to ignore or divert a problem and will make sure you are as happy as you can be with the property you live in.

Mad House sale
Excellent team, under Stuart Bass, who worked extremely hard ( over a 15 month period through difficult circumstances caused by our buyers!) Andrew grant were very professional and finally achieved the sale that we had hoped for. .Matt Kent who was the agent who dealt with both our sale & purchase worked his "socks off" and my wife and I cannot praise him enough, well done Matt. I would definitely recommend Andrew Grant, Malvern Branch, Estate Agents for both selling & buying property through them.

Best available local Estate Agent
Excellent initial contact for valuation & description of complete Services offered. We were professionally advised as to Guide Price, also the viewing service was realistic & suited our own needs. The Presentation of the house details, especially the photographs, were of a high standard. We were kept up-to-date with viewing appointments and advised clearly of realistic offers. An excellent service was offered throughout the selling period.

An Agency for those with 'old fashioned values'
Andrew Grant, in particular Stuart Bass, put a human perspective on what turned out to be the most traumatic of times for us. Our property was a Probate sale, and with that came the whole spectrum of bereavement emotions that made the dismantling of our family home extremely taxing. Stuart was considerate and supportive. The fact that the initial chain collapsed, due to problems further down the line, only prolonged the stress and it was some time before the last offer eventually reached Completion. Now that it is over, I can say that Stuart acted in the most gentlemanly fashion - unlike some of the other agents we met - over what turned out to be a very long period of time. At my time of life - and I am sure there must be so many people of my age who like me, enter the world of Estate Agents. For us, this moment is crucial and is often about providing for the last part of our lives. Unlike younger folk who have the potential of future earnings, if it goes wrong, the situation is un-retrievable. My generation has a legacy of the old-fashioned principles; that of kindness, a straightforward approach and decency, only to find that these values no longer seem to apply to the practice of so many Estate Agents. However, I can personally testify to Stuart Bass being an exception to this trend and would therefore recommend Andrew Grant (Malvern) to all..

Letting Agent to Sales Agent
The team in Malvern were very efficient when managing our property in the rental market. Once we had decided to sell they were persistent in their pursuit of a buyer and then managed all the details involving us as required. They kept us informed of what was happening but did not overload us with detail. A very professional and customer focused team. Thank you

Buyers Review
I have just completed on a new property and have found Andrew Grant staff to be very helpful, personable and polite. Next steps were clearly explained and the sale went through smoothly and stress free. They gave me great advice in terms of contacting a mortgage broker and appointing a conveyancer and surveyor. All concerned were extremely professional and efficient.
