Collosal waste of time. AVOID THIS AT ALL COST. This whole company is a joke. The customer service is lacking and they cancel viewings on you all the time without notice. I had to travel twice for viewings that were cancelled minutes before and they gave no explanations. Stay away from this agency unless you want to waste your time and train tickets. Worst of all, they have no respect for the customer. Even their response to this review is a lie. They also don't address the fact that the sale incident happened twice. Overall very bad communication and little respect for people's time. Just have a look at other reviews as well. It speaks volumes. Frankly, save yourself a lot of frustration by avoiding this joke of a letting agency. To give them one star is too generous for the experience I've had.
