Honestly , the most unprofessional letting agency I have ever experienced. It is a NIGHTMARE trying to communicate with these people. We have had maintenance issues that have been left for MONTHS. They have ignored countless emails, the maintenance reporting system is completely pointless... staff haven’t got a clue about anything. Pathetic. Do yourselves a favour and find a different letting agency.
