Following a failed attempt of sale with another agent, I opted to try Martin & Co in the hope that I would have a better service and interaction. Sadly the previous agent were not proactive in any way but after moving to Martin & Co I immediately noticed a big difference. They were efficient, provided me with weekly call updates, chased viewers to confirm attendance and for follow up feedback. Unfortunately my home was a little slow to sell but that's purely due to its location, however once a sale was agreed, I received continued support and updates and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
