Many thanks to Sarah and the rest of the team. They resolved an issue with my front door (door had dropped so was struggling to close & lock it) very quickly and efficiently. The gentleman who fixed it still came out in the horrendous weather despite a number of the roads being flooded. Great service :-)

Highly recommend Martin & Co Mansfield. This is the second time I have used them for property sale. They do a great job, first time they sold a property which was tenanted and managed to look after a good tenant in the process. This time the property has been renovated for sale. After valuation marketing was online very quickly with excellent photos and details. Several viewings took place and an offer was quickly accepted very close to the asking price. Communication is first class with Vanessa and Sarah keeping me totally informed at every stage. Brilliant service and many thanks.

Have just left a rental property managed by Martin & Co Mansfield for the last 5 years. Sarah E has been our contact at the office for the whole time (I think) and she has been exceptional at every point of contact. I feel that Martin & Co don't just try to keep landlords happy, they're also eager to keep tenants happy - and we were - still are, and we don't even live there anymore! Reported issues were dealt with quickly and they also managed our request to the landlords exceptionally well. No request was unreasonably denied, and I think part of this comes from the relationship Sarah builds between the landlords and tenants.
