Martin & Co sold my house within one week of placing on the market. From that moment, Sandra and the rest of the team kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Very competitive commission rates, effective marketing and efficient communication. What's not to like? All the best to the new owners and hope the family settle in nicely.

First, I must say from the very day I met Sandra Walters who showed me the property it was professionalism from the very start to finish. The service she delivered speaks volume of herself as well as the company she represents. Then it was speaking to Lacey Wilson who demonstrated a high level of efficiency and accuracy from start. Martin and Co Medway is the real deal. No hassle, precise and very clear understanding between everyone I spoke to. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Communication was on point. I have never written a review before but this I have to do. I trust and hope that Martin and Co Medway will continue to live up to their name and be better. I received the very best service a landlord could ask for, from the first visit Sandra made to my house I understood clearly what was expected from me as a landlord. Sandra explained the whole process and managed to find a tenant within a week before advertising began. This shows me Sandra and all at Martin & Co were fully committed to me from the first day I contacted them.
