When we moved abroad, we decided to rent out our home in Medway and we chose Martin & Co to manage it for us. We were so happy with their service that when we later decided to sell the property, they were the obvious choice. They did an excellent job at both. We liked their no-nonsense approach to solving problems and getting things done, and their advice was always spot on. The whole team was professional, experienced and super friendly. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Martin and Co Rochester highly enough! All of the staff were very helpful and responded to queries promptly and professionally. In particular Cindie Shirley went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through and was exceptionally supportive and proactive when there were a number of “ hitches”. Without her hard work ,patience and kindness I really think I would have given up. I’m now settled in my new home -and love it! Many many thanks!

I reached out to Martin and Co in Rochester after using a local family run estate agent in strood with disatarous results.
