He was able to answer my questions and was able to provide me with a clear report and calmly discussed options/next steps if I were in a position to sell my property. He also explained the plus points of the house and the ways I can improve the property to attract market buyers. I could tell Sean enjoys meeting new people and enjoys putting their needs first. I was so impressed with Sean’s diligence, availability, personal approach, genuineness and ‘on it ness’ as the estate agent for a house I was looking to buy that I decided to use EweMove to sell our house too. All these things were the case too as we looked to sell our house. The pictures were amazing too and shone our house in its best light. I chose to put our property on the market with EweMove as they valued it over £20k more than other estate agents in the area. I was skeptical about whether this was just an inflated quote to get our business but our property was only on the market for 2 weeks and Sean managed to sell it to the first viewer! Needed an approved letter for the bank, no other estate agents in the area could produce one below £240, however Sean was able to produce free of charge.
