Super honest, reliable and trustworthy to the point I sometimes go to her for other issues I’m sure much to her regret lol but she will always point me in the right direction or get someone in the correct department to liaise with me. Ryder & Dutton had acted as manging agents for a buy-to-let property we owned in Manchester, so it made sense for us to use them when we came to sell. The actual marketing,viewing and sale went very smoothly, but the conveyancing process was really drawn out mainly due to both buyers' and our solicitors being somewhat slow in progressing matters. However, Richard and the team were excellent throughout in chasing things up and keeping us up to date. We would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell.
