I have recently bought a house through the Middleton branch and would like to say a massive thank you to all the team, but in particular, to Lisa Royle. The purchase was a little prolonged due to Covid, amongst other things, and Lisa kept me sane throughout it all. She never stopped chasing things up for me and in my opinion went above and beyond what was expected of her. Throughout the whole experience, the whole team were brilliant, always very helpful and polite and made me feel at else.

I would recommend these guys all day long. Lisa was amazing dealing with the sale of my house, she was really helpful and kept me informed of what was going on, explained everything to me when I didn’t understand all the legal bits. You don’t buy and sell your home every day but these guys kept me calm and things went really smoothly I was in my new home for Xmas even through the COVID situation. Thanks again guys.

Received the keys to our new house today and the service from the first viewing to now has been amazing. Lisa was so helpfull keeping us up to date with emails and phone calls and answering any questions we had. We had a few minor time set backs due to christmas post, but Lisa was amazing liaising with both solicitors and helped make in happen in time! As first time buyers we expected the process to be so stressfull but it was far from it!
