Raphael and his spouse Emma form a formidable team. We contacted them very quickly after Raphael placed an add for an apartment online and we saw the whole process through in a short period of time. Raphael considered us seriously and gave us a true chance even though at the time of expressing our interest in renting the apartment, I was a non-UK, non-EU citizen in the process of obtaining a UK work visa and both my girlfriend and I were living abroad. We were able to secure the apartment thanks to Raphael clearly laying out all requirements in due course.
