Updating review after 5 years of renting a flat via Martin and Co. It has been hassle free throughout, agents are very quick to respond and answer my concerns quick whenever I had any. I have had a very positive interaction with Michael Campbell who is always patient with my requests:) I have moved out of the said property and procedure was hassle-free too. They were fair in assessment of property post vacating, very respectful during viewings with new prospective tenants.
