Whitegates did a great job for us selling our last home. Oliver and Tracy were a pleasure to deal with and very professional throughout. They quickly found us lots of potential buyers and, after several offers being made, our property sold for the full asking price. We wouldn't hesitate in using their services again in the future.

Not very good, a week after putting an offer in and it being accepted we were still waiting for confirmation of this and the vendor and solicitors details.

Really bad Agency!!! Everyone who works in this Agency are not trusted. We passed on all paper works and credit check, and they said need to do something on the house before we can move in. I said no problem we can wait a few days, but we had to wait 2 weeks and they still didn't ring us with any information!!! Now at 4 weeks, I went to the Agency and asked whats going on now, and they said no information, and said they will ring me if the Landlord contacts them!! After 20 mins the Agency rang me and said, someone else got the house!!! WHAT, AND HOW!!?? They wasted our time and my wife is completely depressed, because now we got 7 days to find another house with 3 childrens or move to the street. Thank you WHITEGATES MIRFIELD!!!

Terrible experience with Whitegate – complete disregard for customers If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent days trying to book a viewing for a property with Whitegate. I called multiple times, sent emails, and was repeatedly given empty promises: “we’ll get back to you,” “we’ll check with the person in charge,” “we’ll contact you soon” – but they never did. After three days of this nonsense, I finally told them I would go to their office in person. Miraculously, they were then able to schedule a viewing for the following day. But it didn’t end there. Just an hour before the scheduled viewing, I received a message saying the property had just been rented to someone else. This is not just unprofessional—it is a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and patience. It felt as if I was begging for a favour, when in reality, I was a serious potential tenant ready to do business. If the property market were even slightly more competitive, agencies like this wouldn’t stand a chance. If you value your time and expect even a basic level of professionalism, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
