Bradley was super helpful, very prompt with his responses over phone and email, very knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to deal with. He showed us around a few properties and it was always very easy to talk to him and ask him questions. He was always honest with his responses, which always made us feel confident. He is a great agent, and I'm sure he will go places with his attitude and skills!

Having used quite a few estate agents in the Merton area over the last decade, I can safely say the service and attention received from Goodfellows in Morden was the best experience of it's kind I've had so far. After my last house purchase fell through and the market went weird at the end of the stamp duty holiday, I felt quite overwhelmed with the whole process. Jack and his team really helped guide me through the rigmarole and actually listened to what I was looking for, bringing me only properties with real potential on our search. Once a property was chosen, Goodfellows were quick accurate, informative and helpful in getting the purchase over the line (even assisting me in dealing with the painfully slow solicitor I had decided to use). Can't recommend Jack and all the team enough, will definitely be using them if/when I decide to step back into the market.
