Superb service from the onset. Caring, friendly, professional and helpful staff who go above and beyond. Tony (who carried out the valuation) was polite, professional and clearly very knowledgeable, noticing and recognising the particular little details about our house that made it so special to us. We spoke at length about what we wanted to achieve and the best path to do so. Darryl, the photographer did a stunning job of presenting our property, capturing light, colour and angles in a way that reflected our care in furnishing and lighting the space. Jack was masterful in marketing and carrying out the viewings. He was instrumental not only in getting the offers in but also went above and beyond, by helping us word our onward purchase offer as well as negotiating and planning strategically. We had 11 viewings scheduled only a day after our house went on the market (this was on a Saturday) and, by the Monday, we had three offers, all above our asking price! We completed in 4 months, just in time for the SDLT holiday and couldn't be happier with our new home. Highly recommended!

We've used Goodfellows twice now and they have been great. It was mainly Jack who helped us with the sale of our property and did an amazing job getting us over the line on 30 June, despite some issues with solicitors - Jack did all he could to fight our corner to get it through before the end of the stamp duty holiday and despite what must have been huge amounts of pressure on his shoulders at the time, remained calm, responsive and reassuring. He was consistently on the ball throughout the process and very diplomatic. Tony gave us some great advice when we were considering putting our property back on the market, and our experience of him has been super too and was the reason we wanted to go back to Goodfellows a second time. Thank you guys for all your help!
