Due to family circumstances I needed to move out of my then current place pretty quickly, I contacted Goodfellows and was advised of 2 properties that met our needs, one of which was absolutely perfect. We put an offer in which was accepted within a day and the referencing process took no more than 2 days. With everything complete sooner than we thought we decided we wanted to move in sooner than initially planned as we were going away the day after the original move in date so thought the extra days would help. Aaron who was dealing with our references and move was extremely supportive and managed to get the landlord to agree an earlier start date, so we basically managed to move in to our new place 9 days from the initial viewing. Absolutely awesome customer service and they really listen to your needs as well as accommodate when required. Highly recommend these guys, had an awesome experience!!!

I have been dealing with Barbara for a few weeks to try and find our new home to rent. I needed a property which would accommodate pets. From the start I found Barbara to be very engaging and made sure she understood our requirements. Barbara kept me up-to-date with the progress of the search and was able to find a home that’s just what we are looking for and allowed pets. The process was straightforward and simple. Goodfellows were amazing when I was trying to find a property! The original lady who helped me has since left the Company which is a great shame as she was nothing short of helpful. Kanika (I believe in accounts) has been absolutely amazing! She is one of the most helpful Customer Service orientated people that I have ever come across. She is always very polite, and has helped me with a small issue that I had without placing pressure on me at all. Keep her within your Company - it's rare to find someone like her these days :-)

We sold our flat with Goodfellows in Morden. We dealt mainly with Lucy who was just amazing. She was very responsive, honest and made us feel like we were being looked after properly. We missed her on furlough!
