Quite good in average response speed and establshing safety as first priority. Helpful, approachable and professional as best characteristics. Generally, we are happy with the house they found for us and we'd recommend them. They could favor tenants side a bit more, though.

Goodfellows have the right intentions and provide a good service, Jack who I dealt with throughout the whole purchasing process was informative and a big help. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the Goodfellows appointed solicitors who the sellers had, were slow, incompetent and I believe the downfall of the sale overall as it had taken 5 months almost before even talks of exchanging. I recommend if you're buying/selling a property, source a well reviewed solicitor and appoint them and not the one the estate agent will try to provide.
