THE WORST AGENCY EVER!!! My daughter and friends rented through this agency and there has been grief every step of the way. Bradley lies. He gave them a moving in date but kept putting off issuing the contract saying he had so many other more contracts to issue first but not to worry but because they would definitely move in on the set date. They all gave notice at their current accommodation and then Bradley changed the date at the last minute. Bradley stated in an email what would be in the house and is now trying to disown that. When they moved in the agency couldn't provide them with the appropriate codes. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Dealt with them back in 2014 when I was property hunting and they were so rude, now they leaflet drop at my house telling me they can market my property…Er get lost, no way would I ever let this lot make money off me!

So un helpful no contact had to chase everything up and would not let me secure my letting without a viewing and by the time I could veiw the property it had gone. Thank god Ellison’s came up trumps took a reservation over the phone and now I am moving in to my dream home would not recommend these guys ever.

Sharmila Vythilingum Is a rude unprofessional manager and should be sacked and go back to training school. How dare you speak to your tenants like we are not even human beings. You all lie and are money grabbers. This estate agents needs to be shut down

Very disrespectful staff

I’ve never actually used Goodfellows but decided to give them an appropriate review due to the amount of junk advertising flyers the Morden office puts through my letterbox, despite a prominent ‘No Junk Mail’ sign attached to said letterbox. Having spoken to the branch manager about this via email, I was assured it would stop. However, I’ve had at least 3 more flyers since. If this is the care and attention they give to such a simple request, I certainly would never entrust them with any of my future conveyancing matters.
