I was impressed with the honesty shown when selling my mother's house. Once an offer was received I was regularly updated as to progress with the sale. Obtaining probate delayed the sale slightly but once this was obtained a date for completion was agreed and Tom helped overcome all the issues that arise to ensure this date was met.
