EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION

So pleased we discovered Brentwood, firstly as tenants, so when we acquired a buy-to-let property, they were the obvious choice as letting agents. We divide our time between France and the U.K. and really appreciate the ease of communication with Brentwood, together with the peace of mind of leaving the management of the property in good hands. I'm an Landlord abroad , Joe and the team at Brentwood lettings are excellent .The money is lodged every month on time ,they review the property regularly and any repairs needed are done quickly at a reasonable cost . Keep up the good work.

First class letting and management service..

Have used Brentwood for at east 5 years now and without hesitation would recommend them for their diligence, proactivity and thorough pleasantness to work with. Am a hands on portfolio landlord and rely on Brentwood's recommendations on maintenance issues and tenant choice. Confidence is also enhanced by their membership of ARLA and other professional bodies.

Excellent service

Joe and the team look after two properties for me. They are always responsive to tenant needs and pro-actively manage repairs and other maintenance issues. They also manage arrears in a professional manner and work with tenants to resolve any short term cashflow issues. Highly recommended.

Best letting agent in north west

I have used Brentwood Lettings for 4 years now and have found them to be honest, reliable, trustworthy and from a landlords point of view they take every step to ensure the tenant applying for your property has had a thorough and investigative search to ensure that tenant is the right one for your house. Credit check, Affordability checks, landlord references, proof of income, job checks and in most cases home owner guarantors are just some of the checks done prior to tenant approval. One additional course they take is to meet every applicant in person, for me this is crucial as I believe this meeting can provide in some cases that final confirmation that the applicant is the one for you.. Combine this recipe and it provides us landlords with the least problems while making sure the right tenant is matched to the right house. Thank you for all your hard work Brentwoods.

Effortless

From first approaching Brentwood to let a property the whole process couldn't have gone smoother ! I had plenty of viewings in a short space of time and was kept upto speed every step of the way in a very professional manner. I now have the property let with a good quality of tenant and overall I am very impressed with the service provided by Brentwood and their ongoing support.
