When we needed help for new house purchase Faye helped at every possible opportunity even through house we settled for was with another agent (Simpsons), which were extreme poor, very unprofessional and frankly rude throughout process. Faye was a breath of fresh air and still assisted with any queries we had even though she was not selling the house we ended up purchasing.
