We had a valuation earlier this morning by Samantha from Dawsons in Mumbles and I was blown away at how lovely and professional Sam was. I was a bit nervous about the valuation as I had never experienced this before, but Sam put me at ease and was so friendly. A credit to Dawsons Estate Agents.

Since January of this year, Dawsons have been helping us to find suitable properties - we found our perfect apartment in June and our offer was accepted. The process has taken a long time but we are now the proud possessors of the keys to our new home! All the way through we have had kindness and a willingness to help us with all our queries from the staff at the Mumbles office. Thank you to all of you and a special thanks to Sarah who showed us round twice and also was in the office today to give us the keys! We are so grateful!

I have no hesitation in recommending Dawsons Mumbles for the efficient and friendly service they provided in the sale of our house. After over 30 years in the house it was a daunting prospect that faced us but the whole process was made easy for us. All the staff we dealt with with were very professional but special mention must be made for Emma and Andrea for their advice and friendly service.

Dawsons in Mumbles, Swansea, have been amazing. They have been extremely supportive through the finding a home and then the buying process.
