Samantha valued and gave good advice for the sale of my property. She’s touched base throughout and always happy to talk things through. I’ve found the whole team to be well organised, have good communication positive vibes and always happy to help. They organised, confirmed and conducted all viewings, with follow up feedback. On Saturday Jake Wesson showed us around a property that we are in the process of purchasing. This was our second viewing so we didn’t have as many questions about the property which I feel was good as we were aware Jake didn’t have as much involvement with the property due to only working Saturdays. However, Jake was extremely kind and patient with us and very friendly. He answered all the questions we did have and seemed genuinely interested in our plans for the property and our chapter in our lives living there.

Dawsons, what an amazing team. They have supported me extremely well during the sale process of my late father's house. We decided to put my parents' house on the market with Dawsons because we were impressed with their knowledge of the local market and the professionalism they showed when discussing the marketing of the property. It was advertised on a Friday - first viewings on the Wednesday and offer received the following day. A little way to go to completion but so far, very impressed!

✨ Tara ✨ My partner, my three year old daughter and myself would love to thank Tara for improving our lifestyle by providing us a home that suits us as a family. We were previously living private rented with a awful landlord who allowed us to live in mould and damp conditions, this leading us to get rid of our daughter’s furniture and baby memories, Tara was very understanding and sympathetic with our situation and found us a beautiful home with a sea side view, she also knew we would be close to family and for my daughter to be able to be in the same school as her cousins Tara is very patient with any paperwork you may not understand and has a very fast response rate! She was fabulous thank you so much Would highly recommend Tara from the Mumbles letting branch 💗🙌🏻 Photos attached are our memories since we’ve moved and want to share with you all🥰
