I viewed a property with a gent called Harry and he was one of the most professional and friendly agents I've dealt with. I'm almost sorry we ended up going with a different agent (for a different property) as he was courteous, helpful, friendly and even so after I broke the news of going with a different property. It has been a very long journey on our way to owning a house in London, but James was with us every step of the way. We dealt with multiple estate agents during our search, as we started with finding a house on Rightmove/Zoopla then proceeding to contact them. But James in Your Move New Cross was a bar above the rest. He let us know when properties came in that actually fit our specifications ( rather than bombarding us with random properties) Gave us truthful information about the property, it's value and the circumstance of the seller. Was always available to answer our questions, book viewings, discuss with all relevant parties and work hard to ensure things moved forward. He works hard!!
