I have been renting a property from Martin&Co for nearly two years and throughout this time the staff have been extremely helpful. They have dealt with any maintenance issues straight away and are always pleasant to talk to.

Cannot recommend Martin & Co enough. After recieving a property back from another letting agency in a totally different state than it was when I let it with them, Alina sorted everything in order to get it ready for the new Tenants which she had found for me, there was a very tight turn around and not much time to sort things out and although things still needed doing she was great at liasing with the new tenants and nothing was too much trouble and she made my life so much easier, thanks Alina and the staff at Martin & Co you have been amazing.
