I have been renting a property through Northwood for 4 years and the service I have received from them has been very professional, respectable and sincere. This last year I got the opportunity to purchase the rental from the landlord and Leanne has been excellent throughout the whole purchase process liaising between the landlords solicitors and myself. It took a long time due to my divorce delaying things but Leanne kept all parties informed along the way. I would highly recommend Northwood either for renting or for sales too.

In our case, she had to keep chasing slow solicitors so we could get the sale through before our mortgage offer expired. She was the biggest help! I’m very impressed by the calm professionalism and efficiency we found in Leanne and her team. Having by this stage been on many, many viewings, this was a relief - she knew all about the building and it’s position in the market, and most importantly she had all the information that we wanted, on the spot. From then on she kept a firm hand on the process, and was great at chivvying people when necessary! We are delighted with the house and I would totally recommend Leanne and the team at Northwood.
