Whilst looking for a new place to rent, a property we had found suddenly fell through and with only 4 weeks until the current tenancy was up it was a mad rush but Mansons could not have been more helpful! From the initial contact to getting me into a viewing asap right to the final steps of sorting out referencing. No matter what queries I had and whether I rang or emailed they were always responded to immediately. Both Kirsty and Claire are a credit to the business as they have both made this process one of the easiest I’ve ever had and I’ve moved 7 times in the last two years alone.

I have worked with Manson's now for 10 years. As letting agents they have always been pro-active in finding tenants each year, timely in getting quotes/repairs carried out and efficient in keeping the required paperwork up-to-date. More recently i have sold my apartment via their sales department (Deborah was my contact). Again the approach that i saw was professional, efficient and engaging. From finding prospective buyers through to completion of the paperwork/sale Deborah was a guiding hand and an essential help. Mansons were so helpful and efficient in dealing with my letting enquiry. From taking my holding deposit to processing the references within 1 working day! Incredible. Extremely friendly staff, it makes such a difference dealing with people who seem to really care. I would highly recommend them as a letting agent.

We had originally found Masons whilst looking for properties on rightmove and applied for a property, they have been very professional, friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this agency to friends and family. We are currently living quite a distance from Newcastle and Masons have helped work around this with virtual/ video viewings and answering all questions we have asked.
