Clarke Phillips are a good old-fashioned family firm whose service went above and beyond what you usually expect of such a small company. They operate mainly locally, but within this limited scope their results in selling houses are outstanding and are on par with those of the best of the nationwide companies as witnessed by the fact that nearly all the houses selling in our area were managed by them and more than 60% were sold within 6 weeks at the time we were selling in 2014. Admittedly, they took almost a year in selling our house, but that was due to the fact that we had a niche property. And though we had problems with the solicitor of our buyer at the last minute, thanks to Clarke Phillips' tireless work, keeping us in the loop and negotiating with the buyer and their solicitors, a satisfactory solution was achieved.
