I recently sold my property using Coast and Country. It was not the most straight forward transaction due to issues with land registry and leases so the sale took longer than expected through no fault of Coast and Country’s. Throughout the process, the team kept the buyer on board with excellent communication between him and I. From the minute I showed interest in marketing the house, I was made to feel like a priority despite the fact the team are selling many local properties. They took fabulous images of the house and managed a large amount of viewings. Their rates were very slightly higher than some other agents but you really do get what you pay for- which is a top quality service from a friendly and knowledgeable team. Thanks again.
