I bought through Dave at Simply Green. The viewing process was easy. I had considerable issues with the lawyers who had been assigned to me via a broker. Dave was excellent at providing me with guidance on how to navigate the lawyer nightmare to progress the case as quickly as possible. As my lawyers were appalling at communicating Dave kept me updated on new information, and thanks to him, between the seller, seller's lawyer, agent and myself, we were able to have a united front in trying to get the purchase pushed through as soon as possible. The purchase took about 4 and a half months, which with no chain is very slow. Fairly sure that without Dave's help I'd still be waiting or would have lost my dream home.
