Perfect result at a difficult time

We engaged Oulsnams to sell my late mothers house. It needed some renovation, but the agent came up with a pricing strategy which worked exactly as he thought. A sale was agreed in a couple of weeks, but the buyers were slow in getting their finances in place. Oulsnams acted proactively throughout, finding a solicitor for the buyers when there was a problem, pushing to get papers signed etc. They continued to show round other potential purchasers as a back-up to our slow buyers.
